IAS 2017 satellite session on Differentiated Care from Testing to Suppression: Are we at the Tipping Point?

In the era of “treat all”, the implementation of differentiated service delivery models across the HIV cascade will be critical to reaching the 90-90-90 targets. During the satellite co-convened by the IAS and WHO, ministries of health representatives from Ghana, Rwanda, South Africa and Tanzania discussed how differentiated care is reshaping national HIV programmes. A panel of representatives from global normative agencies, PLHIV networks, civil society and implementers also discussed the policy, implementation and research priorities for differentiated care going forward.
