The International Treatment Preparedness Coalition (ITPC) and the AIDS and Rights Alliance of Southern Africa (ARASA) launched a toolkit to support communities to demand services that work for them. The toolkit – titled What works for me: Activist toolkit of differentiated service delivery was launched in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire in December 2017.  Read the press release here.

In 2018, a new chapter was released to reach adolescents and young people.  The new chapter, What works for us: Youth-led advocacy for DSD was launched in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania at the PATA 2018 Youth Summit and focuses on successful advocacy strategies to empower adolescents and young people to ask for what works for them.
