A 2016 report by the United States Agency for International Development looked at task-shifting community-based programmes supporting ARV treatment in Uganda. It describes both the Kitovu mobile service and the TASO-run community drug distribution point (CDDP) model reporting task-shifting, patient and health system outcomes.
