The 11th INTEREST Workshop was held in May 2017 in Lilongwe, Malawi. This important meeting brought together more than 500 clinicians, researchers, government officials and civil society representatives from 38 different countries. The symposium “Differentiated care: What’s all the hype about?” included key presentations from Lynne Wilkinson at the International AIDS Society, Clorata Gwanzura from the Zimbabwe Ministry of Health and Child Care, Stanley Ngoma from the Malawian Ministry of Health, and Gift Trapence from the Centre for Development of People as well as the launch of the JIAS special issue, “Transitioning adolescents through paediatric into adult HIV care: Where are we now?”.
