The IAS-supported 60-minute session held at INTEREST 2019 in Accra, Ghana, on 16 May 2019, brought together policy-makers and programme implementers from West and Central Africa to discuss differentiated service delivery (DSD) in their countries. The examples presented included community antiretroviral (ART) delivery in conflict settings, six-month ART refills, community ART distribution centres (PODIs) and fast track ART refills in peer support groups. In addition, panellists shared their experiences on developing national DSD strategies and taking pilots to scale.
