Development of differentiated models of care for unstable patients and those with advanced HIV disease will continue to be a priority as differentiated service delivery expands and matures. This document, from ICAP and the HIV Coverage, Quality and Impact Network (CQUIN) project, defines the target populations of interest and presents available differentiated care models. It is intended as a call to action to motivate stakeholders to share their experiences, generate new evidence, and to advocate for attention to this high-risk population.
