WHO guidance for High Quality GC8 Proposals for HIV, TB and RSSH
WHO’s Department for HIV, TB, Hepatitis and STIs, in collaboration with the Global Fund, is pleased to invite you to a webinar focused on WHO & Global Fund support for the development of high quality GC8 funding proposals for HIV, TB and RSSH. The webinar will be held in English on 4 March and in French on 5 March – please register below.
As countries actively prepare their Global Fund GC8 funding requests, critical technical and strategic decisions are being made at this stage. Timely and well-coordinated WHO support to countries is essential to ensure that funding requests are technically sound, aligned with WHO global guidance and national priorities, and effectively integrate cross-programmatic and health systems strengthening elements.
The Global Fund has released all the relevant information notes and guidance documents for GC8, with technical contributions from WHO and other partners.
Building on this guidance, the webinar will provide a focused briefing for HIV and TB Programme Managers and other key stakeholders on GC8 priorities aligned with WHO guidance and the Global Fund GC8 information notes for HIV, TB and RSSH.
The objective of this webinar is to equip participants with the knowledge and clarity needed to effectively support and guide national stakeholders in the development of strong, coherent, and high-impact GC8 funding requests.
