Webinar registration: Prioritization under pressure: Bringing communities to the centre of HIV programme decisions
Join IAS – the International AIDS Society – and the International Treatment Preparedness Coalition (ITPC) for the webinar, “Prioritization under pressure: Bringing communities to the centre of HIV programme decisions”.
As HIV programmes navigate constrained resources and a changing funding landscape, stakeholders are making difficult choices about which services and interventions to protect, adapt, scale or reduce. Communities and people living with HIV must have a meaningful role in shaping these decisions.
This interactive webinar, jointly hosted by IAS – the International AIDS Society – and the International Treatment Preparedness Coalition (ITPC), will explore how communities can engage in and influence HIV programme prioritization. The session applies a hypothetical prioritization scenario, audience polling, country and community perspectives, and an introduction to TIER-Plus. Together, these will be used to examine how modelling and programme data can be combined with community-generated evidence and lived experience to inform more transparent, equitable and evidence-informed decisions.
The webinar will be conducted in English, with simultaneous interpretation in French.
